Items can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (cosmetics, undergarments, food items) are non-returnable.
